Project Brief:
Design and install the complete building services for initially a spec office development in Aberdeen. The development is a 3 storey office block with a lower ground car park area. This followed on to a fit-out contract for the tenant providing specific accommodation layouts and demands.

Solution:
Services designed to allow complete flexibility, allowing for sole or multiple occupancy of the offices. This required close liaison with the client and professional team to provide a flexible solution within budget.

Completed Project:
Initially an attractive and appealing lettable office accommodation complex. The tenant carried out a fit-out utilising fully the flexible infrastructure and systems to provide by ourselves, to form a desirable city centre office premises.
